January 2010: Our main project is a Town small hydro project (which is still mired in the permitting process). Additionally, we hold periodic public informational programs on various ways of generating local renewable energy, have held Button Up programs and put an energy shelf in the library with books and things like the Kill-a-Watt meter. We held an informational session for area Energy Committees on Clean Area Assessment Districts (CEADs) and are casting about for a second Town renewable energy project. As part of Hardwick Area Transitional Towns (HATTS) we organized and participated in local Oct 24 and Dec 12  350.org activities.
