Held in 2009:
 
Our task force was formed in April 2009.  We held the following events in conjunction with the Underhill Energy Committee:
 
* Educational booth at the Underhill Harvest Market with representatives from VEEP (Vermont Energy Education Program) and materials from Efficiency Vermont
* Energy Tour of homes and public buildings in Jericho and Underhill to showcase how folks are conserving energy, saving money, and protecting the environment in our community
* Button-Up Workshop
 
Currently planned for 2010:
 
* Garbage, the Movie in conjunction with the Chittenden Solid Waste District
* Vermont Energy Mobilization Project (through grant received by the Underhill Energy Committee)
* Jericho Village University with workshops led by community members on energy and food-related issues
* Way to Go Week
* Review of energy section of Town Plan
* Energy Tour of homes and public buildings (in conjunction with the regional NESEA tour on October 2)
* Button-Up Workshop
